Week 13 in Class 2

This week we in Class 2 we watched a fantastic pantomime all about 'Peter Pan'. Some of the children loved the character called Tick Tock and they thought Peter Pan was a very kind character too.

After watching the play we wrote a recount about what we enjoyed and what the story was about using 2 AA and list sentences. Mrs Green and I were really impressed with the children's writing and felt that this was some of their best writing yet. On Tuesday we even wrote a letter to Santa, let's hope we get a reply.

In maths we have carried on telling the time, using every opportunity to read the clocks around school. We also had a visit from TVMS (Tees Valley Music Service) for a super music session that was all about reading into music.

On Thursday it was the Christmas Fayre and we sold some of the children's upcycled work, that they have been working on for the last week. The money made from these decorations will go towards some resources, that the children will choose themselves such as books. Thank you for your support in buying your children's upcycled decorations.
