Welcome to our class webpage, we hope that you learn something new each time you visit!

This term so far in ...

We have been learning all about numbers in Class 3 and looking at different patterns using the hundred square, number lines and numicon.
We have also learnt how to use mathematical reasoning when we explain our answers.

In English we have learnt about 'The Queen' and some very important facts about where she lives, how long she's reigned and what her favourite hobbies are

This term 'Cat the storyteller' visited us and told us some amazing stories. We even got to play her instrument!

In science we have started to learn about the effects of different drinks on our teeth. We have also been learning about instructions, how to write them and how to follow them too!

In our P.E sessions we have been learning about gymnastics. We have learnt how to safely perform a forward roll. We have also learnt other rolls such as an egg roll and a sausage roll. Do you think they sound strange? Ask me what they are!

In our project sessions we have been creating artwork for our display around the academy. On European day of languages we painted flags of different countries and also dressed up as European flags too!

Thank you for your continued support and please keep reading as much as you can at home! It really helps your child to 'Be the best they can be'!
