English - Mystery Stories

In our English work we have been continuing to look at a range of stories. Before Christmas we enjoyed looking at lots of different version of ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ as well as enjoying the Christmas pantomime. We have now started looking at different short stories and are enjoying writing our own mystery stories.

Science - Earth In Space

Every Tuesday in year 5, we work with Mr Abbott on different science topics. This half term we have been learning about our solar system and the earth in space.
