Consultation Events

Autumn 2014

Our first Learning journey consultation event of this academic year took place on the afternoon and evening of:
Friday 25th September 2015

We will invite parents to reserve a time slot for the next event scheduled to take place during the summer term in advance of pupils moving onto the next stage of their learning career.
We hold events to discuss pupils' learning journey and their progress twice a year, in the autumn and summer term. These events are an ideal opportunity to meet all
of the staff who work with your children to support them to be the best they can be: class teachers, SEND Teachers, Inclusion Leader and our Health and well-being L&TA.

All who attend the events, are given a raffle ticket which enters them into a draw for prizes such as Morrison's vouchers, book vouchers etc following the event.

During our last event in the Autumn term, on Friday 25th September, Prefects along with the Academy Captains and Vice-Captain raised funds by holding our Macmillan Coffee afternoon.
Opportunities to have your say about the Academy (good or bad) are vital at these events and all comments will be read and fed back to staff and governors.

Attending each event forms a vital element of our Home/Academy/Pupil Agreement that all parents / guardians sign on a child's entry to our academy.

Attendance at the autumn event was 73.36% (135/184)
Class 2 had the best attendance at 86.6%
